Delete your account

You can delete your Blevo account at any time, in the app or by email. Here’s exactly what happens.

The path is the same on both platforms: You›Settings (gear, top right)›Danger zone›Delete account.

iPhone

Blevo for iOS

  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear, top right).
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm.
Android

Blevo for Android

  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear, top right).
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Data in Apple Health or Health Connect stays there — Blevo only deletes its own copy.

What happens next

  1. Straight away — you’re signed out, and your profile, Passport and share links stop being shown to other people.
  2. For 7 days — deletion is pending. Changed your mind? Sign in again with the same Apple or Google account and it’s cancelled.
  3. After 7 days — your account and personal data are permanently deleted. If you’re still in a challenge that hasn’t settled, we finish that first (usually within a day or two). This can’t be undone.
  4. Backups — backups roll over automatically (7 days for continuous backups, 14 days for nightly snapshots), after which your data is gone from them too.

What’s deleted

  • Your profile: handle, name, photo, bio and body measurements
  • Health and activity data Blevo stored: steps, workouts and routes, sleep, heart and other health measures, meals and nutrition logs
  • Posts, comments, reactions, messages, photos and voice notes
  • Your Passport, ghosts and ghost links, goals, Life Moments, and AI coach conversations and memories
  • Friends, crew and challenge memberships, notification settings and push tokens
  • Your sign-in links to Apple or Google, sessions, and every AI-assistant connection

What we keep, and why

  • Coin history — your balance is closed to zero and the coin ledger is moved to an anonymised tombstone record that is no longer linked to you, so challenge pots and other players’ balances stay correct and purchase receipts can’t be reused. Any real-money purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Safety and fraud records — reports, moderation actions and anti-cheat findings may be kept where needed to protect other players or meet a legal obligation.
  • Aggregates — totals such as “challenges completed on Blevo” that don’t identify you.

Delete without the app

No phone, can’t sign in, or don’t want to reinstall? Email contact@blevo.app from the email address on your Blevo account with the subject “Delete my account” — no form needed. If you used Sign in with Apple with “Hide My Email”, include your @handle and we’ll verify it with you. We’ll confirm, run the same 7-day process and tell you when it’s done — normally within a few days, never more than 30.
