Blevo Terms of Service

By installing or using Blevo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We've kept this short and plain.

Who we are

Who can use Blevo

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account.
You agree to provide a handle and display name that don't impersonate others, contain hate speech, or violate someone else's rights.
One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to dodge moderation actions.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your Sign in with Apple credentials.
If we find your account is engaged in abuse, spam, harassment, or cheating (e.g., simulated step counts), we may suspend or delete it without notice. We try to give a warning first when the behavior is ambiguous.

Acceptable use

Don't:

Post content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates someone's privacy.
Spam, scam, or solicit other users.
Fake your step counts. Cheating breaks the leaderboards and gets accounts suspended.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build derivative services on top of our API without written permission.
Use the app to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Content you post

You own your posts, stories, DMs, and squad/challenge content. You keep all your rights.
By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of running Blevo (e.g., showing your post to people in your squad). This license ends when you delete the content or delete your account.
You confirm you have the right to post anything you upload.

Coins and in-app purchases

Coins are a virtual currency. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All coin purchases are processed by Apple via in-app purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests go through Apple — we don't process refunds directly.
If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, any unused coins are forfeited.

HealthKit data

Blevo reads your step count from Apple HealthKit only with your explicit permission. You can revoke this at any time via iOS Settings → Health. We use HealthKit data solely as described in our Privacy Policy and per Apple's HealthKit guidelines (no advertising use, no sale to third parties, no disclosure without your consent).

Termination

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account. Deletion is final after a 7-day grace period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
On termination, sections covering content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive.

No warranty

Blevo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will always work, be bug-free, or fit your particular purpose. Step counts depend on Apple HealthKit; we don't certify their medical accuracy. Don't use Blevo for medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Blevo is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which is often zero — most use is free). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
